RETURN POLICY – SEEN MELBOURNE

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@seen-melbourne.com.
Please include clear photos of the products along with the reason for return.

Items must be in perfect condition, exactly as they were shipped by us.

Items must be returned in the original packaging they were sent in, along with the invoice.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are not eligible for return or refund. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All return shipping costs, including any additional fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please email info@seen-melbourne.com stating the reason along with photos supporting your stated return reason.
All queries will be handled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Pending queries will be resolved with priority the next business day.

Please note: Return requests via Instagram DM or Facebook are not valid.

DELIVERY DELAY
Delivery times and dates mentioned are estimates. While we strive to deliver products within the specified timeframe, we cannot be held liable for any delays.

REFUNDS
Processing your return takes 7–12 business days from receipt at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please allow several business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

NO REFUND ELIGIBILITY IN CASE OF:
Insufficient information about the return request

No photos of packaging provided

No damage report on the day of receipt

Disposal of original packaging required for investigation

Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear

Please note that refunds cannot be processed for errors caused by you, such as typos or incorrect address details. We can resend the package at an additional shipping cost.
